All the passout B.Tech. and M.Tech. Students of the Academic Year 2025-26 are hereby informed to fill out the online Convocation Form as per the instructions given below:2. The candidate must complete the above online application form (after creating a new account & login) and print a copy of the completed form.
1. Link for filling the convocation form on the SRTMU, Nanded.

Go to the link: online link for the 29th convocation form and previous exam students
2. The candidate must complete the above online application form (after creating a new account & login) and print a copy of the completed form.
3. Submit the hard copy (printout) of the filled application form along with the necessary documents, personally at the Examination Section, SGGSIE&T, Vishnupuri, Nanded,
on or before 31st July 2026 (without late fees - Rs. 510/-)
on or before 17th August 2026 (with a late fee - Rs. 560/-).
Enclosures to the Application form:
a) Payment Receipt for Convocation Application Form. (It has to be paid through SBI Collect [https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm] under the Payment Category as “OTHER FEES” towards “ Exam Fees S.R.T. University”).
b) A Certified copy of the Grade Cards of all the years, along with the Passing Certificate.
Important instructions for filling the application form:
1. Take the printout of the above filled form along with the necessary documents and submit personally at the Exam Section, SGGSIE&T, Vishnupuri, Nanded.
on or before 31st July 2026 (without late fees - Rs. 510/-)
on or before 17th August 2026 (with late fees - Rs. 560/-).
2. Candidates are required to write their names correctly and accurately. The Degree Certificates will be issued as per the name written on the Grade Cards.
3. Names in Devanagari script should also be mentioned properly.
4. Candidates must read the instructions for the Convocation Application Form provided by the SRTM University, Nanded.
5. Candidates must mention "Presentia" or "Absentia" on the application form.
6. On the application form, the option "Presentia" means you will attend the degree distribution ceremony organised by SGGESIE&T, Vishnupuri, Nanded.
7. The option "Absentia" means you will not attend the ceremony, and your degree will be sent to you by the designated method (preferably by the Indian postal service or other method), as per the rules of SRTMU, Vishnupuri Nanded.
The application fee for the 'ABSENTIA' option is Rs. 560 if the application is received by 31st July 2026.
The application fee for the 'ABSENTIA' option is Rs. 610 if the application is received by 17th August 2026.
