Faculty Training Policy

All faculty are encouraged to attend training programs conducted at IITs, IIMs and other reputed institutes. All the expenses are borne by the institute for the purpose.

Institute conducts many faculty development programs in almost all disciplines of Engineering, Mathematics and general topics. Faculty are encouraged to attend these programs.

Faculty is also encouraged to participate in QIP programs for qualification up-gradation. Many faculty have done their Masters and Ph. D. degree from IITs and NITs in the past.

Faculty members are encouraged to carry out research/Participate in conferences, development programs etc.  through Professional Incentives and Development Allowance (PIDA) scheme.

Faculty members have participated and taken benefits under TEQIP for training under Leadership development, Management capacity development and other institutional development programs.
