Guidelines For Consolidated Grade Card Requests
(For students who have graduated from autonomous status [i.e., from 2008 onwards])
A request must be made in writing, in person, by mail, or by email.
Attach copies of all grade cards you have received so far.
Make a payment of Rs. 1000/- online and attach a copy of the receipt.
If you are applying via email, include scanned copies of your grade cards and fee receipt.
For online payment of fee, Click here (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm ) at this link and from drop-down menu select
(i) state of corporate/institution as “Maharashtra” and
(ii) type of corporate/institution as “Educational institutions”,
(iii) then select “SHRI GURU GOBIND INST OF ENGG AND TECH NED” from the list of institutions.
(iv) Select payment category as “Consolidated Grade Card Fees“
(v) then with other details fill the amount against the " Consolidated Grade Card Fees " field.
